With House of Cards s2 finished and with the quality of dota2 games going to shit as of late, I'll be more productive, as I'd like to be. The road to 4k must wait for the grind of the RPG.
I hate UI coding, but it must be done. Keeping track of the state of the game is also tedious as I have to test every objective of every quest by saving and reloading after completing each one. After those plus another menu to add in, after I finally get sound files, after finishing cutscenes once and for all, I must polish.
Stationary NPCs are boring. Particle effects are fun. Things should highlight when you mouse over them, and some information should be given about what you moused over. Menus should have descriptions for how to use them. The timings of attacks need to be tweaked. The game should feel more alive, less like a zero-code-running still-life painting.
